What Does Shipping Cost?

We are attempting to bring a channel of shopping which there are no surprise fees in terms of Shipping cost that don't make it feasible to purchase the product. So for now shipping is FREE. Firstly we source LOCAL suppliers which are able to faciliate orders without any hidden Custom Handling Fees for US orders. 

For international orders, some online establishments may charge shipping via post or courier, but they do not communicate that international orders may still incur a Customs Handling Fee based on parcel size or order that is charged by Customs. So you essentially paying for delivery TWICE!

This customs fee is a government regulated fee and is not part of our delivery process. However by making shipping free, we will make sure that in the event you are charged a Customs Handling Fee handling fee based on your country, it is not over and above the fee already charged for shipping, which as noted, is FREE.

How is Shipping made Free?

The first part is that we use basic services like post to keep the costs down. Using Courier services does not always guarantee product safety and increases the overall cost of the product. So using only suppliers that have negotiated low shipping costs while not compromising package delivery is key!

Where do I pick up my parcel?

Since we ship parcels by post, based on your address, your parcel will be delivered to your nearest post office or similar service that handles the delivery of the parcel.

How is my parcel tracked?

Following a number of issues occurring with shipping within our first month of operation, whereas parcels were not tracked but fully refunded, we are now only shipping parcels using ePackets which not only decreases the time of delivery, but also makes sure the parcel is fully tracked. Not only will we be able to ascertain where the parcel is, but we will also be able to ascertain if it was delivered. This also protects ThengaNet from false claims of non-delivery which hurts all parties including the customers whom have legitimate queries.
